My New Favorite Exercise – The DeadBurp

Take a barbell, do a Burpee except for the last portion, instead doing a deadlift.  (Push up in the middle ON the barbell).

Plus


Doing 10 of these relatively quickly, had my heartrate up to about 180 and I was drenched in sweat.

Doing 3 sets, I felt like I was pretty much done for the day.
